Our Policies

Almost all of our items are custom made, when you order. Due to that fact, payment for any orders requiring shipping and ALL customized orders is due before your item(s) can be produced.  Invoices for custom orders are typically sent via PayPal, please reach out to us if you need another invoicing method. 

 

Since we do work full-time, we ask that you allow up to 5-7 business days for completion of your item(s).  Additional time may be required for large orders, or design work.  *Rush processing may be available, for an additional fee*

 

SHIPPING

We can arrange local exchange at an "online safe spot" if you are local to White Oak, PA 15131.

Shipping is available, at buyers expense, for most items.  To keep shipping costs as low as possible, most items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and a tracking number is provided.  If you would like an alternative shipping method, just ask.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the custom nature of our items. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

 

SIGNS

*Please note that all signs sold:

1) Do not come with hanging hardware, we can include a sawtooth hanger for you to attach. Just ask!

2) All signs are clear coated, however, they are not meant for direct weather/moisture exposure.
